Entry: Day 27

There hasn't been an entry in a couple days over here at this blog because we haven't exactly done much note worthy. Valentine's came and went, thankfully went. We did get to enjoy a some cheeses and meats likely hard to find had we been in the states (see our entry from yesterday Romancing The Sandwich); ox tongue...from a regular grocery store...that should say enough.

We've booked our train to London, leaving Friday night after James gets home from work. It'll be dark, sadly, so we won't get to see much. Luckily we instructed him to schedule the trip back for daylight, so we can see the country side a bit more. Should be fun. We should be producing some writing for this blog over the weekend.

We'll be arriving in London around 8pm, and be picked up by a friend from Twitter (Serenity).

We'll have only about a day and a half in London, but it will be the first of a couple of trips, with any luck.

Today we feel like time is flying, we want to see more. So much more. But it's hard with James working, and we're not in a financial spot on our own to go flitting off into the county side.

We have less than two months left before we depart. We had planned on going to mainland Europe before heading home but Angry Brother is getting married and has requested we be there, which means we'll be flying back sooner than possibly anticipated.

We'll be back in September though, because James will have to leave the United States again, this time for a shorter period; so maybe we can be a little patient for some of the adventure and put it on the back burner.
